Ordering and shipping
Unlike most companies on the web, our policy is to include shipping costs in the price shown, so the price you see is the price you pay. Free shipping costs apply to UK mainland only, for shipping costs outside UK mainland please contact us. All our furniture is shipped in plain brown boxes, guaranteeing discretion.

Because most of our items are completely custom-made, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

P.S. Certain items exceed the 30kg weight limit, and are subject to shipping charges.

Privacy and discretion
All your details will be treated in the strictest of confidence. We will not sell to mailing companies or pass on information to anyone whatsoever. So we guarantee that you will not receive any unsolicited mail from us or anyone else.

Methods of Payment

At the moment, we only accept payment by cheque; we require 50% upfront, and 50% upon completion. Please make sure all checks are payable to Mark Cotterill. We also accept payment by Postal order.
